What we do

One attraction, ora whole line-up.

Most organisers do not want to coordinate several separate businesses, collect multiple sets of paperwork and manage different arrival and setup requirements. That is the job we take on.

It might be one children’s ride for a village fete, or a full funfair with games and a dozen catering units across a two-day festival. Tell us what the event needs and we will put it together, check the paperwork and coordinate the supply. You deal with us.

We supply the attractions. Running the event stays with you.

How it works

Four steps.One point of contact.

Dates, location, expected numbers and what you have in mind. If you are not sure what you need, that is a normal place to start.

  2. We put the line-up together

  4. We coordinate the supply

Paperwork checks, arrival times and the on-the-day detail, right through to the event itself.

Commercial models

Two ways towork with us.

Which one suits you depends on your event, your budget and how much risk you want to carry. If you are not sure, say so on the enquiry and we will advise.

Fixed hire

You pay an agreed price

You pay us an agreed amount to supply the attractions you have asked for. The price is agreed before confirmation, and full payment confirms a fixed-hire booking, so your cost is known from the start.

  • Best when you want certainty on cost
  • Suits corporate events, weddings and private parties
  • Works for a single attraction or a full site

Revenue share

The public pays at the ride

At suitable events, visitors pay at the participating rides and catering units and you receive an agreed share of takings. For the right event that can mean no upfront hire cost.

  • Best when you have strong footfall and want to limit upfront cost
  • Suits festivals, carnivals, shows and galas
  • The share is agreed in writing for the booking

Compliance

Checked beforeit reaches you.

Everything we supply is checked before it is confirmed for your event, with the paperwork checked against your event dates rather than just against today.

It is the part of this job organisers most often get stuck with when booking direct, and the part that matters most if something goes wrong.

  • Public liability insurance

Checked for currency and cover level against your event dates.

  • Risk assessments

Requested and reviewed for every attraction supplied.

  • ADIPS

Inspection records checked for rides that require them.

  • Gas & electrical certification

Where the unit requires it, including catering trailers.

  • Food hygiene

Registration and rating evidence for each catering unit supplied.
