Event organisers do not generally struggle to find a funfair ride. They struggle with everything around it: working out what mix actually suits their site, getting comparable prices, chasing insurance certificates and inspection records, and making sure eight separate attractions all arrive on the right day in the right order.
That is the work we take on. You tell us what the event needs. We put together the right options for it, check the paperwork against your event dates, and put one recommendation in front of you.
You get one quote and one point of contact. We coordinate the supply.
How we keep it simple
Every attraction on your line-up is arranged and coordinated by us, so you are not managing separate arrival times, setup needs and paperwork for each one. Before anything is confirmed we check the required paperwork against the dates of your event rather than simply against today: public liability insurance, risk assessments, ADIPS records where they apply, gas and electrical certification where it applies, and food hygiene registration for catering.
We supply the attractions. Running the event stays with you.
How you pay
Fixed hire means you pay an agreed amount to have the attractions supplied. The price is agreed before confirmation, and full payment confirms the booking, so your cost is known from the start.
Revenue share means visitors pay at the participating rides and stalls and you receive an agreed share of takings. For suitable events that can mean no upfront hire cost.
