- The event, the dates and the location
- Roughly how many people you expect
- What you have in mind, even if it is vague
- Whether you are thinking fixed hire or revenue share (how each works)

Reply to any email you have had from us and it reaches the same person, with your enquiry alongside it. If you have not had an email yet, or cannot find it, use the form again and give your reference (it looks like ESC-00123): we will treat it as a note on your existing enquiry rather than a new one.
