What we do withwhat you send us.
Short version: we use your enquiry to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
Whatever you put in the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, and the details of the event. If you email us afterwards, we keep that conversation too.
We do not ask for a phone number and we do not collect payment details through this website.
Where automation is involved
We use automated systems to help handle enquiries. In practice that means they may read the details you send, look up publicly available information about your event to understand its scale, prepare and send routine replies such as acknowledgements and follow-up questions, and help us prioritise which enquiries need attention first.
The commercial decisions are not made by automation. Prices, quotes, contracts, availability and commercial terms are decided by a person. If a conversation reaches any of those points, it is passed to us before anything is agreed.
If you would rather deal with a person from the outset, say so in your first message and we will take it from there. If you ever want to know whether a particular reply was written by a person, ask and we will tell you.
Research
For larger events we may look at publicly available sources, such as an event website, a listing or press coverage, to understand the scale of what is being planned. We only use information that is already public, and we record where it came from so that what we read is never confused with what you told us.
Cookies and your browser
The public website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Your line-up and an unfinished enquiry form are kept in your own browser’s storage so that they survive a page change; they are never sent anywhere until you press send, and you can clear them from the page. The only cookie the site sets is a sign-in cookie for our own staff area.
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our hosting company. It records which pages are viewed, the country, the type of device and browser, and the page that linked to us. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the conversations attached to them so that if you come back next year we know what we discussed. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
We keep a record of what our systems did with an enquiry, which is how we can tell you why something happened. Those records do not contain payment details.
Who else sees it
When we arrange attractions for your event we share what the businesses supplying and operating them need in order to quote and deliver: the dates, the location, the type of event and what is wanted. We do not pass your details to anyone for marketing.
We use third-party services to run the website, store data and send email. They process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form or reply to any email from us and it will reach the right place.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
